Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) governs the processing and protection of personal data of visitors to the website supportoffice.tech (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by the Public Union “Innovation Support Office” (EDRPOU code: 45647275), located at 8 Knyaziv Ostrozkykh St., Kyiv, 01010, Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”).
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Defined terms in this Policy:
• Personal data database: a named set of structured personal data in electronic form and/or in card index form;
• Consent of the data subject: the voluntary expression of will by a natural person (provided they are informed) to allow processing of their personal data for a specified purpose, expressed in a form that makes it possible to conclude consent has been given;
• Processing of personal data: any action or set of actions with personal data, including collection, recording, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use, distribution (dissemination, sale, transfer), anonymization, destruction, performed using information (automated) systems;
• Personal data: information about an identified or identifiable natural person;
• Data subject: a natural person whose personal data are processed;
• Third party: any person other than the data subject, data controller, or data processor;
• Cookies: small text files stored in the browser of your device after visiting the Website, which the Website transfers to the browser. All other terms are used as defined by applicable Ukrainian legislation, including ratified international legal acts.
1.2. This Policy informs data subjects about the processing of their personal data when visiting or using the Website and ensures protection of such data.
1.3. This Policy and the Union’s activities regarding personal data processing are governed by:
• Constitution of Ukraine;
• Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” No. 2287-VI dated June 1, 2010;
• Other applicable Ukrainian laws and international acts concerning personal data protection;
• For data subjects from foreign jurisdictions, applicable national and international laws on personal data protection.
1.4. The Union is the data controller of personal data processed via the Website and may delegate processing to third parties under applicable law.
1.5. A data subject is any visitor to the Website who uses its features, including providing their name and email address.
1.6. The Union ensures compliance with data protection requirements, protects data subject rights, and prevents security breaches.
1.7. Purpose of data processing: to carry out the Union’s statutory activities.
1.8. Publication of this Policy via the link specified in Section 4.1 notifies data subjects of the data controller, data collected, purposes, rights, and third-party recipients.
2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The Union may collect and process:
• Information you provide: via Website usage, subscribing to updates, making donations, or communicating through Website features;

• Receive responses to inquiries within legally defined timeframes;
• Object to processing or request correction or deletion of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data;

4.1. The Union reserves the right to update this Policy. The current version is available at Privacy Policy
